Be part of Cuba City's newest subdivision! Sunset Ridge Subdivision residential building lots are now available. Located between Model Road and Truman Street, there are 19 lots total. These building lots have covenants and building timelines. The city is using TIF dollars to develop the lots, therefore all building is required to begin within nine months of purchase, with homes being finished within 18 months of purchase of the lot. Target date for infrastructure to be completed and homes to begin construction is mid-September. Cul de sac lots (R1) and all twin home lots (R4) will begin to accept offers on June 1, with all offers being reviewed on June 6. This is an R-4 lot, which means a twinhome or duplex style home can only be built on it.
